CZ Engineering acts as a single point of accountability for the entire installation process. Our EPC service covers detailed engineering design, procurement of panels, inverters, batteries, and mounting hardware from vetted manufacturers, and construction by our own trained installation crews rather than subcontracted labour of variable quality.
This turnkey approach means customers deal with one team from the first design drawing to the final commissioning test, rather than coordinating separately between a designer, a supplier, and an installer. It also allows us to hold ourselves to a single warranty and service commitment across the whole system, since we control every stage of delivery.
Our process

Detailed engineering design
We finalise the electrical single-line diagram, structural mounting plan, and equipment specification based on the site survey findings.

Equipment procurement
Panels, inverters, batteries, and balance-of-system components are sourced from vetted, Tier-1 manufacturers and quality-checked on arrival.

Installation
Our in-house installation crews mount, wire, and integrate the system according to the approved design and relevant electrical safety codes.

Testing and commissioning
The system undergoes electrical safety checks, performance testing, and, where applicable, utility inspection before being switched on.

Handover and documentation
Customers receive as-built drawings, warranty documentation, and a walkthrough of system operation and monitoring.
